About Lucia
Attribution broke when customers went multi-device and multi-wallet. We are rebuilding it.
Lucia started with a simple observation from working inside growth teams: the biggest line item in every marketing report was a lie. Direct traffic was rarely direct. It was paid social, search, and community work whose credit evaporated the moment a customer switched devices.
We built the machine learning to stitch those journeys back together, then found the same problem waiting in Web3, worse. Wallets multiplied, airdrops got farmed, and platforms could not tell users from sybils. The same identity layer answers both, which is why Lucia treats web sessions and on-chain activity as one dataset.
Today Lucia runs as a private beta with pilot partners across SaaS, fintech, and Web3, backed by a team that has shipped analytics, data infrastructure, and machine learning systems in both worlds.
What we hold ourselves to
Measurement before opinion
Growth arguments end when the data is complete. Our job is completeness: every device, every channel, every wallet in one journey.
Credit where it is earned
Campaigns live and die on attribution. A platform that misassigns credit quietly misallocates millions. We score every match and show our work.
Identity without surveillance
Resolution does not require hoarding personal data. Consent-aware collection and GDPR-aligned processing are constraints we design inside, not around.
Work with us
We hire people who have felt this problem: growth operators, data engineers, and ML researchers. Say hello and tell us what you have broken and fixed.
